Yoga Session Options
Private & Semi Private Instruction
One-hour* instruction brought to you! We will focus on your personal challenges and interests to create a program that will help you better develop your yoga asana practice.
Get into a yoga habit with your friends or family! We offer semi-private instruction for small groups up to 5 and group instruction for 6 or more. Semi private and group instruction allows for individualized attention, but can help you build a sense of community and deepen connections with those you live, work, or play with. Having a workout buddy (or several!) helps keep you accountable and introduces a social element to fitness. No stuffy studio nonsense here!
It is recommended that you meet for practice at least once a week. You will need to provide one set of yoga blocks, a strap, and mat. A bolster, pillow, or thick blanket may be helpful in achieving certain poses or modifications.
*Also available in 45 minute or 90 minute sessions.
Pricing varies depending on length of session and participants.
Private One-on-One Instruction: $75/hour
Semi Private - 1 Hour
2 People $100 / 3 People $120 / 4 People $140 / 5 People $150

All off the above are available in packages of 10 for a 10% discount or 20 for a 20% discount.
All packages expire 6 months from purchase. Sessions require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation.
FAQ
Where do we practice?
Usually private and semi-private instruction is taught in your home, or building exercise area. If neither of these are an option, we can find a space for an additional fee.
What do I need to bring?
An open mind, a bottle of water, your yoga mat, two or three yoga blocks, a strap or resistance band, and a blanket. If we’re in your home we may also utilize pillows. If you don’t have all of these don’t sweat it - you can purchase them from us or local retailer.
I’ve never done yoga before - can you teach me?
Absolutely. We love working with new yogis. Just remember that like learning a language, cooking, or playing guitar - it will take time to learn. Private instruction is the best way to learn and ask questions instead of feeling totally lost and helpless in the back of a class.
I’m not active at all. Is that okay?
Yes. Yoga can be done by every body. Tall, short, thick, thin, tennis player, body builder, or Gumby. Yoga is an excellent way to truly connect with your body and learn how amazing fitness can make you feel. We’re going to work though, so don’t think this is the easy way out.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. You need to make sure you want to work with me and vice versa. You may be more interested in training for a marathon, or weight training and that is totally okay. We’ll give you accolades for giving it a go, and promise not to take it personally if yoga is not your cup of tea.

FAQ
I’m the maid of honor and I’m not sure if the entire wedding party is into this, but I know the bride definitely would be - is it okay if we’re all different levels and interests?
Yes. Absolutely yes. We teach in a “open level” style, offering options for experienced yogis to move further into poses, but also giving enough cues for the newest yogi.
Half my party is pregnant - is that okay?
Yes. Prenatal yoga is perfectly safe as long as the doctor has cleared Mom for exercise. We’ll develop a session that will be appropriate for Mom, Baby, and Bride/Groom.
Someone in my family has an ::insert injury here::. Can they be included?
Yes! Let us know ahead of time and we’ll make sure we’re prepared.
The instructor will always begin by asking if there are any injuries, ailments, or areas/poses you definitely want to work on.
